December 9, 2009, at the Hilton Hotel in Bucharest hosted a Conference which shall be unset by the ordinary public events from the Romanian context primarily through the nature of its goals: not promoted or defined action plans, as well as to explain ideas. The event illustrates the educational side of think tank, that of social projects on a long-term basis, longer than the life of the people or groups. He also specifies in particular the project organisers, the Centre of analysis and institutional development and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the construction of an environment conducive to economic freedom. Previous step in these concerns was a collection of articles from editorial 12 may issue of ' Ideas in Dialogue ', where Roman libertarian capitalism counter-current device aware boosted by the economic crisis.

One of the convictions on the basis of the project and that have animated and the December Conference is that the free market, through its mechanisms of self-regulation, ensure the stability of the economy, while regulations and State intervention, rather a weaken and a destabilizes.

I invited Mr. Palmieri-columnist in the magazine Capital, Minister of Finance (2004-2005) to be the moderator of the meeting, and Mr. Lucian Croitoru-Adviser to the Governor of the NATIONAL BANK of ROMANIA, Romania's representative at the IMF (2003-2007), Dan Suciu-scorer at The Money Channel, Magazine columnist, Alexandru Chidesciuc Nagai-chief economist of ING Bank and V-Professor at the ACADEMY of Khyber and the editor of the Journal of Philosophical Economics to discuss some theoretical aspects :

To what extent are the inherent vulnerability of free market economies and to what extent are imputable to the State? Budgetary incentives are the best solution for unlocking the credit market? What are the theoretical models which we understand and evaluate the phenomenon of the crisis? What is the situation of Romanian private? Dezirabila is the application of additional regulations to the financial markets or on the contrary, a generalized economic deregulation would reduce depth of eventual recession?
