Starting July 1, 2010, Center for analysis and institutional development will be developed by the competent Eleutheria European project for rural areas in partnership with the Institute of Training. The project is co-financed from the European Social Fund through the sectoral Operational Programme for human resources development 2007-2013, "invest in people", priority axis 5 "promoting active employment measures" major area of intervention 5.2 "Promote the long-term sustainability of rural areas in terms of human resource development and employment".
The project runs for three years and consists in the development of human resources and entrepreneurial culture in rural areas, in the counties of Central and South-Eastern Romania, in order to facilitate access to the labour market of unemployed or employed in subsistence farming. The project access to vocational guidance and counselling for at least 1,600 beneficiaries. among the participants of the project 700 will follow vocational training courses, and the other 200 will acquire entrepreneurial and managerial. Will be supported through consulting business entrepreneurial initiatives of at least 60 beneficiaries and will be supported the formation of 100 craftsmen and specialists in traditional activities.
All participants, including the costs of transportation, meals and accommodation will be covered by the project.
After a research in the regions concerned will be identified the structure of the labour market, the chances of employment, competent structure of adults adrift and educational opportunities, possibilities and specifics of local entrepreneurial development, in terms of economic values and traditions. Based on the results of the research project, developed in the services will be harmonised with the needs and particularities and municipalities will be selected with greater needs to become a priority beneficiary of programmes.
