Introduction
"These different concepts about freedom a conceptual outline of the issue landscape defined by more coordinated and not just one, and the position of a person in connection with the trade-offs between occasional drives concepts denote value judgments subjective on the part of that person. There so so a correct understanding of the concept of ' freedom ', as well as different regulatory positions towards the possible trade-offs, prioritizari of these different coordinates. One of the important assumptions is the following: people with different political views different these coordinates prioritizes value, even if all they take it all into account. "
CADI has recently launched the project Freedom Talk, which contains a series of puzzles about freedom and illustrate the possible trade-offs between different ways of understanding the concept. These puzzles are based on a theoretical analysis and a preliminary review of the literature conducted by Anca Vlad and Jade Macrae. We invite you now to a discussion on the edge of this analysis and its implications for dilemmas such as: individual-society opposition, opposition left-right politics, or opposition of pragmatic flexibility and insistence on the existence of fixed and predefined rules.
