"Principles of construction and execution of the budget of courts",
developed within the project "Drafting of long-term reform strategy for the Romanian justice system", in the period September-December, 2011, by a group of experts in collaboration with representatives of the SUPREME COUNCIL of MAGISTRACY and hccj, MJ.
The Conference wishes to bring into public discussion on matters relating to the construction and execution of the budget of courts, such as splitting the roles between the various institutions involved, projects management budget (budgetary procedures should focus on the budgetary autonomy, standardization of costs, etc.), obstacles in the path of a more efficient budget management, solutions of comparative law, etc.
The event will take place at the Platinum, at Howard Johnson Hotel, in Bucharest.
