Regardless of their expertise and their role played in the project developed by foundation, people we work with share the same values of professionalism, initiative and responsibility for the work they perform.

Over time, the team has become increasingly complex, including a core in Bucharest, partners in other regions of the country (especially Central and South-East regions) and an extensive network of partners and external collaborators.

Executive Board

Horia Terpe, Ph.D in Political Sciences, SNSPA Bucharest. Horia Terpe is responsible for the strategic management of the foundation.

Aura Matei, Ph.D in Sociology, Faculty of Sociology, University of Bucharest. Since 2007, Aura has been coordinating programs in the area of human resources development and social research projects.

Bogdan Lăzărescu, Consultant and entrepreneur. Bogdan has been coordinating projects and programs in the field of public policies and human resources development, since 2006.

Costel Stavarache, Ph. D in Political Sciences, SNSPA Bucharest. Costel Stavarache coordinates research, publications and educational projects and programs.
