In over ten years, CADI has become one of the most important intellectual centers in Romania. Designed as a platform for cooperation between academic and entrepreneurial, it is now the nucleus of a dynamic network of partners: managers, consultants, researchers and intellectuals, experts and students in human and social sciences.

We would like to thank all of you who have given us confidence and support in this decade! We are amazed of how many of you are, more than it can be mentioned in these pages.

Brought together by a common value and a body of scientific knowledge – namely, individual freedom and neo-institutional paradigm of social sciences – CADI researchers have the expertise covering the entire field of res publica. Useful to all organizations, public, private or nonprofit, these skills can be synthetically grouped into institutional analysis (research of the institutions functioning relevant to a problem, meaning shared rules, norms and strategies) and institutional development (imagining, discovering and proposing new institutions meant to increase the performance of an organization or the government of a domain, territory, or of a resource).

Because all institutions and institutional assemblies are animated by individuals exercising their freedom, it means that the principle of solving any public or organizational problem lies in ensuring optimal institutional conditions in which creativity and individual energies are encouraged and channeled towards common goals.

We expressed ideas on broad issues such as the economic crisis or the constitutional process through publishing and conferences, and on the private ones through consulting and educational projects, as well as developing autonomous applications in order to solve concrete problems. In the following pages, you will be able to discover some of these activities. The words, the courses and the consultancy of our experts brought the future closer and cultivated respect and attachment to freedom.
