Friday April 8th at 6 pm, we invite you to a discussion about the CADI the similarity of Hayek's theories about the economy and about law, based on a recent article by Stringham & Zywicki.

Introduction
"It's famous description of Hayek's market process as a ' discovery ' process. From an apparent coincidence, in his writings on the philosophy of law, Hayek describes the role of the judge in the systems of customary law as a ' discoverer ' of people's expectations and conventions of society. … Once it is recognized that certain conceptual similarity stemming logical consequences: just as in the economic plan stems from discovery competitive process providing information and feedback to correct errors, all equally and justice plan discovery laws needs a fair competition between service providers. In the use of knowledge in society ' Hayek shows why providing effective services depends on the use of knowledge dispersed in the local neexplicite and neexplicita and dispersed knowledge cannot be used in absence of free enterprise. If this argument works easier for ordinary services, Edward Stringham and Todd Zywicki argue that it can be expanded and for providing legal services.
