LuiAndersonspune text of what is the importance of privatization in poor countries and talks about some of the principles of good privatizations. The author believes that a privatization is good if you sell 100 percent of the company, if it is open to all investors, both foreign and domestic, if the Government does not put additional post-privatization, if selected competitor on the criterion of price and if the State finances the loan through privatization.
