Intro:
In ' Anarchy State and Utopia ' Nozick supports the 3 things: (1) through a process of type hand invisible social agenda evolve inevitably from the natural to the minimal state. (2) the process and minimal State itself are not illegitimate. (3) Any more than minimal State is illegitimate. The road from the minimal State natural state contains two intermediate stages: the dominant Agency and ultraminimal State. In chapter II, Nozick's natural state shows what leads to a dominant protective Agency in a geographical area.
