Center for analysis and institutional development Eleutheria (CADI) implemented as of November 2008 the project of EUROPEAN ENTREPRENEURS, in partnership with the National School of political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA), National Association of exporters and importers from Romania (ANEIR) and European Management School (ESCP-EAP) London. The project receives funding through the sectoral operational programme for human resources development (SOP HRD) 2007-2013, priority axis 3 "increasing adaptability of workers and businesses," major field of intervention 3.1 "Fostering entrepreneurial culture".
The project runs for three years and aims to contribute to increasing the skills of managers of SMEs and individuals wishing to start a business, through a programme of management and entrepeneurship, exchange of practices in business planning and management, identifying and using opportunities to increase the added value brought by the human resources on the domestic and European. The target group of the project is approximately 1200 managers of SMEs and potential entrepreneurs to benefit from the services provided in the project.
The specific objectives of the project are:
1. To improve the qualification of specialists in both labour and management of employees, through courses in business administration and through direct exchanges of experience with managers from EU countries. The services offered within this project will be channeled towards the beneficiaries through employers and business associations, thus increasing their participation in the provision of services to the business community.
2. To support the business development target group through the awarding of some market studies, feasibility or business plans and traveling costs with tax and legal assistance.
