According to Art. 57, Paragraph 4 of the Fiscal Code (Law no. 571/2003), as a Romanian taxpayer you can redirect 2% from your annual income tax to the bank account mentioned.
According to the Fiscal Code (Art. 31, Chapter III, Law no. 571/2003) sponsorships are deducted from the profit tax of a company if they are within the limits of 3 per thousand of the turnover and do not exceed 20% of the profit tax payable. For justifying your sponsorship, you can e-mail us a sponsorship contract at office@cadi.ro.
