Both, people against same- sex marriages and those who agreed with it have a common proposal: the state must define marriage status through a unique formula. The daring solution is “marriage privatization”, which means to transfer the matrimonial union prerogative from the state to the civilian competing organizations, religious or secular. The economical analysis of law and the public, both choose the theory perspective (that shows why this pluralist system which allows a diversity of unions, eliminates further damaging unions for a third part, proved by a Court) which is impartial to ways of union, unlike status- quo.
This system will serve better liberty, equality, justice and will satisfy better the conservative necessity of synchronizing between legal formal treatment and social acceptance degree.
Philosophical analysis of new words meaning that develops naturally, seems relevant for the definition against same-sex marriage, that makes impossible on a semantic level the marriage for same-sex people.
Formally the argument against same-sex marriage comes till polygamy and marriage with inanimate objects; practically, the argument is weak because there is a special psychological value in the symmetric relationships. They argue for a structural system of liberty which, because of the psychological conjuncture, makes people prefer symmetrical relationships and that means, equality.
