Improving the process for the formulation of public policies in the ministries
The project debuted in June 2007 and is funded by the British Embassy in Romania, through the Global Opportunities Fund. It aims to offer training Units for public policy representatives from ministries (the first such session was held on 11 October 2007, with trainers from the UK National Audit Office, and the other two to take place until June 2008). In addition, the project aims to simplify and unify regulations to assess the impact at the level of the Central Administration from Romania, leading to the grounding of the costs and benefits of policies and legislation, thereby reducing the costs of bureaucracy and the number of existing regulations.
