LABOUR MARKET INITIATIVES IN RURAL AREAS
Who: "labour market Initiatives in rural areas" is a project implemented by the Foundation Centre for analysis and institutional development Eleutheria (CADI-Foundation Eleutheria) in partnership with the Romanian Institute of Training and the Romanian Institute for education and social inclusion.
The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund through the sectoral operational programme human resources development 2007-2013, priority axis 5-Promoting active employment measures, major field of intervention 5.2: promoting the long-term sustainability of rural areas in terms of human resource development and employment. The project will run from April-September 2014 2015.
What we propose: the overall objective of improving the ability of employment we aim on the labour market, the number of unemployed young people (15-24 years) in rural areas, people looking for a job and people occupied in farming livelihoods in the regions of the Centre and South-East.
HOW DO we support: Offering an integrated package of services for information, advice and training.
More specifically, we run the following activities for youth:

Psychological testing of vocational interests and individual counseling session. It will be a good opportunity for each to know better the interests, values, and inclinations to establish according to these professional and realistic goals suited.

Workshop group counseling and personal development. During the two days, we will carry out activities through which we shall clarify the objectives and action plan to achieve these goals, we discuss personal mission and values, about beliefs that help us or hinder us in achieving our dreams. The workshop will cover the training of social skills such as time management, interpersonal communication or teamwork.

Training courses. The project provides two types of classes: professional development and skill in different occupations 11.

Qualification courses (compulsory education for graduates): salesman, accountant, confecţioner textile articles, assembler guard, Barber, a worker in the building structures, the housemaid.

Refresher courses: worker in Commerce, secretarial and receptionist.

Mediation for the labour market. All efforts to search for a job will be supported by our professional guidance counselors through the Organization of job club (1-day sessions to learn compentenţe the search for a job), information on job vacancies and contacting their employers.

In the end, the person who will take part in all the activities of the project and will prove so unremittingly in search of a job, will receive a subsidy of 300 lei/person.

FOR WHOM?
The project involves students of classes 360 (XI-XII), enrolled in the national education system, from Brașov and Mureș counties, which are in need of support and guidance in order to take an informed decision on the continuation of studies or to obtain a job after school.

WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES?
Provision of guidance and counselling services for students from central region 360, enabling informed decision-making regarding the acquisition of further study or a job to support their transition from school to active life.
Increasing information and awareness levels concerning the study and career passes for 360 pupils in the region Centre, in order to facilitate insert.
WHAT WE INTEND?
Until November 2015 we intend:

To select and to advise our 360 students in their final years over 60 workshops. Each student will participate in 2 workshops group counseling to two days each, on different topics, such as: autocunoașterea, identifying strengths, goals, instruments to achieve the objectives, drawing up an action plan, writing your CV, search techniques to work.

To develop a web platform to support students through online counseling and access to useful information and attractive about careers and job offers. Platform web students will discover devoluntariat opportunities, practice, study, scholarship or job, mini-clips with tips and opinions of their preferred professionals.

To our 1,200 monitoring sessions for those 360 students participating in online counseling. On the platform, each of the students enrolled in the project will have his personal space where he can build with the help of his Adviser's individual career plan.

To publish on the web 30 materials of information relating to opportunities for study and occupational and vocational areas preferred by students.

Let's take some professional interviews from various occupational and professional fields preferred by students and to publish 15 mini-clips with them on the web.

To organise study visits to employers to be attended by at least 180 students to see how the flow a day's work at work that they wish to obtain.

Initiators of the project
Link to the first company is a project initiated by the Foundation Center for Institutional Analysis and development (CADI Eleutheria) in partnership with the Association of Romanian Institute of Training (IRT) and co-fintanțat by the sectoral Operational Program development of human resources.
Objectives, beneficiaries and activities
The project aims to increase the chances of employability for 360 high school students in the region of South-Eastern Europe. The project is addressed to the students of Class XI and XII, particularly those in the counties of Vrancea and Galaţi.
The project will carry out the following activities:

Group counseling workshops
Each student will participate in two workshops in group counseling to two days each, through which you will learn that there are no unsolvable problems, will gain confidence and motivation to seek together with other responses to similar problems, they will discover strengths and will teach you how to make them better worth to get the dream job. Workshops will address diverse topics such as personal development, motivation, how do I find a job, how do I make my CV.

Themed webinars
Through interactive online seminars, 16, students will learn how to prepare for admission to College, how to better manage their time and money, what rights have employed and you have to ask for an interview.

Counseling "one-on-one" individual career plan
Through online counseling sessions or phone "one to one", the students will be supported in the preparation of a plan of personalized career.

Study visits
Practical experience before completing school is most often decisive for the first job. Even a day spent at work can help you to find out directly from the source-which means a job in an area that you think would suit you. Therefore, study visits to local employers will help students to see how it looks for a job in reality.

Online platform: advice and information
The online platform will be a place where students will have the opportunity to shape up and change their individual career plan, aiming at the same time and progress made.
In addition, throughout the project, students will be aware of all volunteer opportunities, internships, scholarships, jobs or studies. All platform will find employers ' testimonials and videos and tips applied from those who have already found the answer to the question: what do I do after you finish high school?
WHAT RESULTS WE WANT TO ACHIEVE?

360 students in their final years to avail of group counseling and to create a plan of action with the individial support of vocational guidance counsellors;

to develop a web platform that would become a tool for personalized advice online and provide information about universities and occupational and professional fields;

at least 300 high school students in their final years to benefit from counseling sessions and online monitoring;

to support 16 webinars on the platform;

to organise study visits to employers to be attended by at least 180 students.

CAREER FACTORY
A ' Career ' is a project implemented by the Romanian Institute for Training in partnership with the Centre for analysis and institutional development Eleutheria (CADI-Foundation Eleutheria).

The project has the overall objective of improving the ability and employability on the labour market insertion for 360 pupils currently enrolled in the system of national schools in the Northeast region.
