“Careers Factory” is a project implemented by The Romanian Institute of Training (Insitutul Român de Training) in partnership with The Center for Institutional Analysis and Development (CADI-Eleutheria Center).

The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund, through the Sectorial Operational Program Human Resources Development 2007-2013, Priority Axis 2- Linking lifelong learning and labor market, Major Intervention Area 2.1: Transition from school to active life. The project will is carried out between April 2014- October 2015.

The project’s objective

The project has mainly targeted to improve the capacity and chances of entering on the labor market for 360 pupils enrolled in the national education system, from the North-East region.

The objective is reached by offering specialized counselling and orientation in career services to high school students enrolled in the 11th and 12th grade, from Neamț and Bacău county.

The project’s results

The main results that the project aims to reach are:

• Counselling and professional orientation services for 360 high school students enrolled in the national education system

• At least 100 high school students that have benefited from the counselling services and have continued with their studies, enrolling in a university

• At least 20 high school students that have benefited from the counselling services and have found a work place
