Institute for Popular Studies (ISP) and Center for Institutional Analysis and Development (CADI) invite you Wednesday, 28th January, at Intercontinental Hotel, Ronda Room, starting with 1300, at the “A Constitution for Citizens” debate.

During the debate, the following issues will be discussed: current constitutional text gaps; proposals for fixing these gaps; practical steps for changing the current Constitution.
