Center for Institutional analysis and Development invites on Wednesday, February 11th, starting at 11.30 at the Hotel Howard Johnson, Arizona room at the debate: civil society for reform of the security system as a security system in a democracy is to work for guaranteeing individual liberty and prosperity.
