The general objective of the project was to develop the basic practices within the Ministry of Administration and

Interior`s decision process.

The specific objectives were to create and ensure a more coherent decisional flow through:

• The development of knowledge and skills of the human resources in public policies management

• The improvement of the process of elaboration and implementation of strategic and budget planning within the decision factors of MAI

• The development of mechanisms to strike partnerships and extending mutual consultation practices among the actors involved in a decision process

• Functional implementation of public policies flow in strategic departments of MAI through pilot-exercises.
