Freedom Talk” is a project of experimental philosophy carried out with the support of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung through which there have been identified seven different methods in which people understand the concept of liberty. The main question of the project was what kind of liberty is more important to you and what kind of liberty are you willing to renounce.

The Freedom-Talk questionnaire is an intellectual game that offers a variety of specific scenarios or situiations and requires to choose between different conflictual aspects of liberty. At the end, everyone has a better understanding upon the perspectives of liberty and their standing regarding the three important social dilemmas:

  1. What is the correct relation between the individual and the society?
  2. Is it wise to raise welfare through coercive and restrictive methods?
  3. How flexible should our regulations be and what arbitrary level should our legislation allow?
