Legal Evolutionismul is conception according to which laws may be seen as the result of a gradual evolution than like human deliberate creations. Although such a conception seems to have conservative consequences, yet Hayek, the most important follower of evolutionismului, is an author. How do you reconcile those two facets of its conception?
