The project’s main purpose
We believe in promoting the social entrepreneurship culture and in the development of knowledge, aptitudes and managerial skills. Therefore, our wish is to develop the social economy domain in the following regions:
- București- Ilfov
- South-Muntenia
- North-West
- Center
- South-East
as an opportunity of creating innovative and flexible work places.
Ten Socioeconomic Structures (SES) will be established through this project:

Target group:
Our target group contains 79 persons, from which the greatest part, 49 persons, belong to vulnerable groups. Thus, our target group is formed of 49 persons coming from vulnerable groups, 10 managers from SESs and 20 specialists.
49 persons from vulnerable groups benefit from information and counselling services and, following the confirmation of their motivation and competences regarding the job positions concerned and the establishment of the SES, they are employed and, depending on the necessity of being further trained, they benefit from employee training programs for their concerned job positions.
10 managers, members of societies from Social Economy, benefit from counselling and information services and have the opportunity to participate in a sharing of practices meant to increase their knowledge and understanding of the ES’s principles and way of operating.
20 specialists involved in ES benefit from information services and social entrepreneurship training, having the opportunity to develop their occupancy capacity at local and regional level and, also, to increase their level of knowledge regarding the development of social economy in concerned regions, in a way that allows them to interact more efficiently with different factors that can contribute to the development and promotion of social economy in the concerned regions.
