Center for analysis and Institutional Development "Eleutheria" (CADI), Romanian-American University (URA), the University "Constantin Brâncuși" University of Târgu-Jiu (UCB) and SC Metodo Consulting Studies Romania SRL (MSCR ..) select 400 people aged over 18 years, the Bucharest-Ilfov and South-West Oltenia (the counties of Mehedinți, Gorj, Dolj, Olt and Vâlcea) who want to engage in a self-employed capacity, or to develop your own business, to participate in entrepreneurial competence courses organized under the Project Start Up Entrepreneurial, financed from the European Social Fund, the sectoral operational programme human resources development (SOP HRD) through the Ministry of labour, family and social protection of older AMPOSDRU. Of those 400 selected applications, 200 will be intended for students between the ages of 18 and 25 years old. At least 200 of the students selected will be women. The selection process will follow a proportional distribution of the regions and counties permitted applications.

The courses will scroll during the month of April and will be supported in parallel in the two regions of implementation (București-Ilfov, Southwest Oltenia, respectively).

The 400 participants will be divided into 16 groups of maximum 25 participants, each course having a duration of 5 days. Throughout the duration of the courses participants will receive free accommodation and subsistence expenses (where it is necessary), and a subsidy worth 300 lei, granted upon completion of courses. People who will graduate the course will have the opportunity later to take part in a competition of business ideas, at the end of which the best 40 plans, resulting from the assessment of a panel of experts, will benefit from the de minimis aid worth 25,000 euros, to be started in a concrete way. Rules of selection of business plans, together with the completed type forms will be published on the websites of the project partners during the month of May.

For any further information and enrollment training courses under the Project Start Up Entrepreneurial, applicants should send an email to the address start-up@cadi.ro-CADI Foundation Eleutheria until the deadline of 23 March 2015. The application must include copy of the identity card, the candidate's CV and a letter of invitation to tender, in the format that can be downloaded below. Applications sent by any other means or who do not follow the format of the letter of intent will not be considered. Those selected for training courses will complete and sign, too, of the participation of the following documentation precursory: registration form to the target group, the Declaration of consent for use of personal data, statement of willingness to participate in the project, statement on the avoidance of double-funding.

Due to the short period available for selection, the applications submitted earlier will have priority. In order to ensure equal treatment of applicants, the entire correspondence during the selection process will take place solely via email at the addresses indicated above.

Important! Errata: due to tight deadlines for fulfilling the formalities necessary for the inclusion of applicants in the target group selected for participation in the training courses offered, as well as for the actual provision of such courses, the deadline for submission of applications is Friday, March 20, 2015. Also inform potential applicants that by signing the letter of intent I agree with participation in training courses in any 5 days within the range 30.03.2015-25.04.2015, as they will be distributed by the partners in the project.
