Why is The Romanian Orthodox Church such a “quiet“ institution? To what extent the lack of transparency is due to the inefficacy of this institution as a part of the civilian society?

Reflection on concrete situations, foundation of the Orthodox Episcopal Church of Covasna and Harghita also of the Archiepiscopal from Constanta, Teodosie Petrescu, the first active Hierarch from the modern history of The Romanian Orthodox Church against whom was disposed the initiation of criminal prosecution, comes to offer us an answer.
