Introduction

The complex structure of modern societies arising from the coexistence of certain multiples of decision centers, interests, and values different perspectives, which acts in a certain framework of formal and informal rules. The concept of policentricitate makes it possible to analyze the structure of complex social phenomena and provides a method to draw analogies between ad hoc us various forms of social organization, such as a market economy, democratic process, management in corporations, customary law, international relations and so on.
